This is an application seeking permission to travel to Dubai between 15th June, 2017 to 18th June, 2017. The applicant had preferred an application for anticipatory bail before this Court viz. Anticipatory Bail Application No.931 of 2016 in connection with PMLA Special Case No.2 of 2016. The said application was allowed by order dated 1st June, 2016.

The applicant had filed an application seeking

rpa 2/3 relaxation of condition vide Criminal Application No.435 of 2016. The said application was disposed of vide order dated 7th September, 2016. In the said order it was stated that the applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of this Court. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that on account of business, the applicant has to frequently travel. He is already in the process of implementing several real estate projects, infrastructure projects etc. It was submitted that the applicant has a necessary business meeting at Dubai and, hence, he is required to travel to Dubai between 15th June, 2017 till 18th June, 2017. It was submitted that the applicant is having movable and immovable properties at Pune.

Learned advocate Mr. Venegonkar appearing for respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection for granting said relief. He submitted that the applicant should provide details of his journey to the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai Zonal Office, Mumbai prior to his departure.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai between 15th June, 2017 till 18th June, 2017;

rpa 3/3 (ii) Before leaving the country, the applicant is directed to provide details of his journey to the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai;

(iii) After he returns from Dubai, he should intimate the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai about his return;
