Since the relief claimed is based on the Division Bench judgment of this court, the writ petition is allowed. No other order or direction is necessary.
It will be open for respondent no.2 bank to make an application to the learned Chairperson to consolidate and club all proceedings involving the present petitioner and others for a decision by Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai, and to avoid any conflict in the orders.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of the order.
