Having gone through the reply filed by the State, we find that respondent-State has complied with the order dated 17/12/2013. Although there is some delay in compliance of the order, but we find that delay has been satisfactorily explained. We also find that there is no willful disobedience or willful delay. The respondents have tendered unconditional apology. 1/2

In the circumstances, as the order has been complied with, we accept the unconditional apology. Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
