After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief, Mr. Aniket Nikam, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal unconditionally. However, he prays for trial in Sessions (Atrocity) Case No. 20 of 2021 to be expedited.
