In these petitions, the orders dated 25.2.2016 and 4.7.2015 passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur, are challenged. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that these orders were passed on the application u/s 41E of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 and the main application is decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur and, therefore, these two writ petitions are infructuous. They are accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
