This application is preferred by original opponent no.2 for condonation of 4 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 27.1.2014 passed by MACT, Mangaon, Dist.Raigad in MACP No.111 of 2010.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Mohite 1/2

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:
"(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condoned the delay of 4 days occurred in filing the Appeal."
B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
