P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. The grievance in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that a particular sale transaction in respect of the land is in violation of the Government Resolution dated 12th July, 2011. 2.
Before seeking a writ of mandamus, the Petitioners have not approached the concerned authority for seeking justice. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, the disposal of the Petition will not prevent the Petitioners from making an appropriate representation to the appropriate Authority. If such a representation is made, same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
