1] By order dated 07.07.2022, recording prima facie case in favour of the Applicant, he was admitted to protection and was directed to report to the Police Station on specific dates. 2] The learned APP specifically submits that the Applicant has abided by the said order and co-operated with the Investigating Officer. Custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not warranted in the background of the fact of injury sustained by the injured is a simple injury and the Applicant is a Sarpanch of the Village. Order dated 07.07.2022 is made absolute.

Needless to sate that the Applicant shall continue to render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer.
