This is an Application for condonation of delay of 1 year and 185 days in filing the Appeal against conviction. 3.

It is stated in the Application that, Ms. Shramika Ranade, learned Advocate has been appointed by High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai to represent Applicant who has filed the present Application. Perusal of impugned Judgment and Order indicates that, Applicant is in jail since 19th March 2015 and it is the reason that he could not prefer an Appeal against order of conviction through a private Advocate. 1/2
