However, the landlord is at liberty to make application seeking directions to the tenant to deposit reasonable compensation. This is because the tenant continues in possession of the suit premises despite decree of eviction on the basis of interim order granted by this Court.

2] Such application, if made, will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3] Civil application is however dismissed.
