At the outset, it has been brought to my notice that there is a typographical error in the order dated 22/08/2023. In the 1st paragraph, 2nd line, the word 'Applicants' be substituted with the word 'Applications'. Necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 22/08/2023.

By these Petitions, the Petitioners challenge the order of dismissal of the Applications for impleadment of the Petitioners as parties to the Appeal.

It has been brought to my notice that the Appeal has already been withdrawn in view of which, nothing survives in these Petitions. Hence, the Writ Petitions are rendered infructuous and are accordingly disposed of.
