By consent of appellant who is original plaintiff, all these Civil Applications are allowed as under:

b) After carrying out appropriate amendment, appellant is directed to serve amended copy of Appeal from Order on added respondent as well as Corporation.

d) Office is directed to place all three Appeals from Order on board on 3.8.2015.

e) Interim protection, if any, granted earlier to continue till next date.
