By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against respondent to stop work at Sector 15, Kalamboli which will alleged cause serious damage to entire Rodepali village. The petitioner claims that the construction being carried on is not for the benefit of Rodepali village. It is the case of the petitioner that he has made a representation dated 16th April, 2018 to respondent no.1 which has not been decided and in the meantime the construction has been progressing at site which according to the petitioner is not legitimate.

Mr.Hegde, learned counsel for the corporation states that the 1/2

947.w14664.18.doc representation made by the petitioner, a copy of which appears at Exhibit-A will be decided in any event within three weeks from today. The statement is accepted. It is made clear that no further extension will be sought hereafter and the representation will be decided as contained in Exhibit-A. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of.
