As per the order passed by this Court on 1st August 2014, ad-interim stay was granted to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 31st December 2013 passed by M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.T. Application No.51 of 2010, subject to the applicant-Insurance Company depositing entire decretal amount, along with interest and costs in the Tribunal. It is submitted that the said order is complied with and within the stipulated period of six weeks, the applicantInsurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount in the Tribunal.

In view thereof, the earlier order of ad-interim stay passed by this Court on 1st August 2014 is continued and made absolute till disposal of the First Appeal.
