Petitioners who are senior citizens seek direction to disburse the amount which is with Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Special M.P. I.D. Case No. 5/2015.

Learned APP has invited our attention to order dated 9/2/2017 passed by that Court. The said Court has invited application with details about the amount and list of genuine investors. 3.

The investors have also been permitted to apply for return of property/amount to the competent Authority with necessary particulars. 4.

In this situation, if there is no progress after 9/2/2017, the petitioners have to raise suitable grievance in that Court only. Hence with said liberty and with a hope that said Court shall dispose of their applications at the earliest, we dispose of the present writ petition. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
