Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would make a fresh application with the respondents. Respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the same. The petitioner seeks absorption.

In light of that, the petitioners may make an application with the respondent no.2. In case, such an application is made by the petitioners, the respondent no.2 may take decision on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within 3 months from the date when the application is made by the petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
