By this application, applicant is seeking condonation of 6 days delay in filing Revision, challenging Judgment and order dated 13.4.2017 passed by Family Court, Pune in P.A.No.667/2010.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant and averments made in application, and despite of service no one appeared for respondents, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order.

a) Delay of 6 days in filing Criminal Revision Application is condoned.

b) Civil application disposed of.

c)No order as to cost.
