On the complaint lodged by petitioner, FIR came to be registered for offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on 8th May, 2016. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that investigating officer is not investigating the case properly and the same needs to be transferred.
Learned APP has shown the investigating paper. We have seen the injury certificate. Learned APP submits that within week's time charge-sheet will be filed.
