The learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the prayers in the present Petition have become infructuous since the Family Court has decided the main matter i.e. P.A. No.616 of 2012 vide judgment and order dated 12.9.2014. The learned Family Court has dismissed the Petition filed by the present respondent under Section 13(1)(i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The respondent herein has challenged the said judgment and order by filing Family Court Appeal before this Court. 2.
