The above Civil Applications have been filed for restoration of the above Petition which as to dismiss for non-prosecution on account of BGP.
CAW-1676-15 & 1677-15.doc 26.06.2015 the conditional order dated 15.04.2015. The said conditional order was in respect of the removal of office objections. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the office objection was relating to payment of Bhatta. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Petitions are restored to file. The Petitioner to proceed in terms of the Practice Note No.39 dated 12.06.2015, in the matter of furnishing copies of the Petition.
