The civil application seeks condonation of delay of 7 days in filing the present second appeal. The delay is explained in paras 2 and 3 of the civil application. The application has been duly served on the Respondents who have accepted the service and affidavit of service dated 27 January 2017 is tendered by learned Counsel for the Applicants/Appellants.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Office to number the second appeal subject to removal of other office objections. The second appeal to come up for admission on 27 February 2017.
