Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks stay to the the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 28.06.2006 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.540/1991.

The learned counsel for the Respondent claimant submits that they have already withdrawn the entire awarded amount from the Reference Court.

On 01.04.2019 this court has directed the AGP to take instructions whether the Respondent - claimant withdrew the amount by furnishing security or not.

The Civil Application is pending since 2012 and the claimant has withdrawn the entire amount. Hence, nothing survives in the Civil Application.

Same stands dismissed as infructuous.
