Applicants are the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4077 of 2019, which is pending before this court with notice and stay. In this application, it is stated that respondent No.1 has created third party rights by alienating the property in question in favour of proposed

Priya Soparkar 12 caw 2203-19 in wp 4077-19-c respondent Nos.4 to 6 by registering a sale deed dated 18th February, 2019. In such circumstances, applicants seek addition of proposed respondent Nos.4 to 6 as respondents in the related writ petition.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, prayer made is allowed.

Applicants to amend the writ petition by adding respondent Nos.4,5 and 6. Amendments be carried out within four weeks.
