By order dated 21 January 2014, the Writ petition was admitted. The original Petitioner was directed to deposit the back wages as ordered with liberty to the original Respondents to make an application to withdraw the amount. Accordingly, the present Civil application is taken out.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the Applicant-original Respondents states that he will furnish requisite bank guarantee as against the amount to be withdrawn. This is sufficient security. Accordingly, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited with
