The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which stood dismissed on account of the conditional order dated 07.11.2014. The said conditional order was passed in respect of payment of Bhatta charges. In the light of the Circular No.39 issued by the Registry relating to the Bhatta charges, the Civil Application would have to be allowed and is accordingly allowed.
