The writ petition can be conveniently disposed of directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's application for grant of permission under section 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of eight weeks.
