The first direction is to direct the 2nd Respondent to hear and finally dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal No.20 of 2002. 3.

Since this Appeal is old and the papers are not readily traceable, we direct the Petitioners to furnish a spare set to the 2nd Respondent and to the Opponents. That spare set has to be certified by the Advocate for the Petitioners as a true copy of the Appeal that is filed.

We request the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the matter at his earliest convenience. However, since the proceeding is so old we will grant the 2nd Respondent enough time of six months within which to dispose of the matter.

We make it clear that while disposing of the Appeal, the 3rd Respondent is to be given notice apart from being served with the replacement coy of the Appeal.
