The petitioner addressed the application complaint about unfair and biased investigation by the concerned Police Officers and framing the petitioner in false and fabricated case because of political pressure and '

Trial by media'. According to the petitioner, the case was registered against him based upon hypothetical and imaginary story under the mischief of conspiracy of certain political personalities, without having any basis and evidence.

The petitioner was tortured by police and there was no proper investigation therefore, the petitioner prayed for transfer of the investigation to CBI.

Subsequent to filing this petition, as informed by the learned Public Prosecutor, the petitioner has been released on bail on 11.12.2018. 4.

Be that as it may, in case, the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, he is free to approach the concerned Police Authorities of the State for redressal of his grievance.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
