It is true that on 28th November 2023 no one was present. Even today, no one is present.

There is an order dated 10th March 2015 passed by the Family Court No.6, Mumbai thereby granting maintenance of Rs.2,500/- pm to wife and Rs.2,500/- pm to the son i.e. the Respondents. It was passed in Petition No.E-328 of 2013.

This Court noted in the order dated 28th November 2023 that the main Petition might have been disposed of. Today, a copy of case history downloaded from the website is placed before me by the Sheristedar. It is marked as Annexure "X". Name of the parties are hidden but the Petition number is same. In view of that, interim order dated 10th March 2015 is merged in the final order. Hence, this revision does not survive and disposed of. 5.

If any of the parties is aggrieved by the final order, appropriate remedy is available to them.
