Perused the Writ Petition. We find that amendment as per the order dated 28th April 2016 for adding the present Applicants has not been carried out till today. None appears for the Writ Petitioner.

We dispose of this Application by passing the following order:

(a) If the Writ Petitioner fails to carry out amendment in terms of the order dated 28th April 2016 within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court;
