A member of the Board of Directors of Co.operative Society was disqualified under Section 78 Maharashtra Co.operative Societies Act. An appeal filed against that order by the concerned Member was allowed by the Appellate Authority.

The Co.operative Society, which is not really involved, filed this petition without adopting alternate remedy by filing a revision against the order passed by the Appellate Authority. As the alternate remedy is available, petition cannot be entertained. It is rejected.
