The Applicant came to be arrested and granted regular bail. Even charge-sheet is filed. Apprehension of arrest no more survives. The same is taken on record and marked as Annexure "X". 2.

The offence is registered with Kalyan Taluka police station, with under sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 427, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code.
