We are informed that the Chairperson of the DRAT will be available on 18th and 19th June, 2015. The Petitioner is at liberty to apply for interim relief. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law without being influenced of the order that has been passed by this Court on account of non-availability of the Chairperson of the DRAT.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that by Tuesday i.e. on 23rd June, 2015, the Petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 5 lacs to show his bonafide and he shall deposit 1/2

- 2 - (WP (St) 15105 OF 2015) the balance amount as claimed under section 13(2) of the Securitization Act with interest on or before 10th of July, 2015. 3.

In view of this statement, the matter is adjourned to 13th July, 2015. If the said amount is not deposited, the petition would stand dismissed.
