This is an application for bringing legal representatives of applicant No.2 in C.R.A - Charudatta Narhar Sarpotdar on record. Charudatta Sarpotdar expired on 19th January, 2018 leaving behind present applicants as heirs and legal representatives.

Mr. Chandrachood submits that respondent No.1 has filed affidavit opposing application. He submitted that contentions raised in the reply may be kept open at the time of hearing of C.R.A.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, C.A. is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today.
