Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that during the pendency of the present Application, the Applicant expired on 19th September, 2020. Learned Counsel also placed on record copy of death certificate issued by competent authority of State of Karnataka. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Thus, learned Counsel prayed for withdrawal of the Application.
