Heard arguments on the application for bail during the pendency of the appeal. The applicant was convicted for the offence punishable u/s 3(1)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 and sentenced for two years imprisonment and fine of Rs.10000/-. Reportedly fine amount is already paid. During the trial the applicant was on bail.
