A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner has impugned the order dated 26th May, 2017, passed by the Family Court No.3, Mumbai who directed the petitioner to grant access of the child for one week commencing from 4th June, 2017 to 10th June, 2017. There was no stay of the said order during the pendency of this petition. The petition has become infructuous. I therefore, pass the following order :- a).

The Writ Petition No.11111 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
