Oral Order :- On 22 January 2016 following order was passed :- " None for the Petitioner. In order to afford an additional opportunity to the Petitioner, place the matter on 15 Feb 2016 for directions under the caption of 'dismissal/disposal'."

The matter was adjourned for dismissal. On 22 August 2016 following order was passed :-

201. WP 4330.96.doc " None appears when the matter is called out. The matter was called out on 19.8.2016. None appeared on that date on behalf of the applicants and it was adjourned to 20.8.2016. Even today, none appears when the matter is called out. In view thereof, list the application for final hearing in the week commencing from 29.8.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'."
