This is an application for condonation of delay of 116 days in preferring the application for leave to file appeal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1. Mr. Sorankar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 opposed the application and submitted that, no sufficient cause for condoantion of delay is made out by the applicant. He further submitted that, if the Court is inclined to condone the delay appropriate costs may be imposed upon the applicant. 3.

In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application, I am inclined to condone the delay subject to condition that the applicant shall pay the costs of Rs.500/-to the Page -1/2

63-appln. 337-16 High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.

It is made clear that payment of costs shall be the condition precedent for condonation of delay. 5.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to payment of costs as aforestated.
