By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 147 days in filing the first appeal. All the respondents are served. None of the respondents have filed affidavit-in-reply. The respondent nos.2 to 7 are appearing through learned counsel. 2.

Delay in filing the first appeal is explained in paragraphs 3 to 5 of civil application. Reasons recorded in those paragraphs of the civil application are accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
