1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to CR No.87 of 2016 registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai does not commence within a period of one year from today.

3) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was arrested on 2.2.2016 and since then he is in jail. In view of the same, the learned
