Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.
This Application is preferred by the Union of India for extension of time to comply the earlier order dated 16.01.2015 in Civil Application no. 5015 of 2009 and order dated 26.03.2015 in Civil Application 1263 of 2015.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that now they have received the sanction from the Higher Authority as well as amount. She submits that they undertake to comply the order dated 16.01.2015 and order dated 26.03.2015 on or before 30.06.2015. The statement is accepted.

Hence, the following order.
a) Time is extended till 30.06.2015 to comply the earlier order dated 16.01.2015 in Civil Application no. 5015 of 2009 and order dated 26.03.2015 in Civil Application no. 1263 of 2015, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
