The F.I.R. for the offence punishable under section 363 and 363A of the Indian Penal Code came to be registered with Manchar police Station, Pune against the present applicant at the instance Sangita Ulhas Khebade - mother of Prajakta Khebade.

Perused the papers of investigation, including the statement of Prajakta Khebade. It is seen from her statement 1/2

902) ABA948-16 that she was in love relations with the present applicant. It is seen that subsequently she married the present applicant. Her statement before the Investigation Officer shows that now she is happily residing with the present application, being his wife.

In this view of the matter, custodial interrogation of the present application is not at all warranted and hence the order:- (i) The order dated 7th June, 2016 granting interim anticipatory bail to the applicant is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
