The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from petitioner No.2, who is present in the Court, Mr. Das seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions on the ground that the controversy between the parties is amicably settled and to that effect, consent terms are filed in the Appeal from Order.
