DATED : 23rd JUNE, 2022 P.C:- The limited grievance placed in the petition is the postponement of the applications filed by the petitioner to a further date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the three application, being Exhibit-23, 24 and 25 need to be expeditiously decided since it pertain to the minor child and academic session is likely to begin. It is informed by Mr.Shetye that the matter is now listed on 4/7/2022.

It is expected that the Family Court shall take up the applications expditiously and if the parties are desirous of filing any documents/pleadings, they shall do it before the returnable date.
