Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent Nos. 1 to 6. Though time was granted to the learned AGP on 9th July 2015 to take instructions, he has not received any instructions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Revision Application filed by the petitioners on 14th November 2014 before the second respondent is pending as of today.

Hence, we pass the following order:

wp6467 (I) We direct the representative of the petitioner to remain present in the office of the second respondent on 31st July 2015 at 3.00 p.m.;

(II) The petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order as well as a true copy of the Revision Application filed on 14th November 2014;

(III) The Revisional Authority shall decide the Revision Application as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from 31st July 2015;

(IV) The petition is disposed of on above terms;

(v) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
