1] After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant(s) at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions of the applicant(s), seeks leave to withdraw the present Revision Application(s).

osk 44-cra-546-2019.odt He, on instructions of the applicant(s), further submitted that, the applicant(s) will vacate and shall handover vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises within a period of 12 weeks from today to the respondents without any protest or demur.

2] In view thereof, the applicant(s) are directed to file undertaking in the Registry of this Court within a period of three weeks from today, mentioning the following contents:- "(i)The name of applicant(s) himself/herself along with his/her family members residing in the suit premises shall be incorporated in the said undertaking.

(ii) That, the applicant(s) will not create any third party right, title or interest in the suit premises till he/she handsover vacant and peaceful possession to the respondents within the stipulated period.

(iii)The applicant(s) shall also file undertaking of all the adult members residing along with him/her in the suit premises with aforestated clause (i) and (ii) within a period of three weeks from today."

3] The Revision Application(s) are disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.

4] In view of disposal of the Revision Application(s), the Civil Application(s), pending therein, do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
