Mr. Mahesh Sawant attached to Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have filed ' Summary Report' in the Court of 67th Metropolitan Magistrate, Borivali, Mumbai on 23rd November, 2022 and the said case is numbered as Misc./2716/2022.

2) In view of the above, present Application for quashing of C.R.No.133 of 2018 registered with Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
