In view of earlier order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 204 of 2015 and other connected matters, dated 21 January 2015, we are inclined to dispose of all these Writ Petitions, as the statement is made that the case of the Petitioner/s is/are similarly situated.

All the Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of with direction to Respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad to consider and decide the 2/3

ssm 3 proposal of the Petitioner/s in terms of the Government Resolution dated 29 September 2011, if any other Resolution which is in force, as early as possible, in accordance with law, positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. All the Petitions are accordingly disposed of. Rule, disposed of accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
