By this Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India Petitioner is challenging the order dated 4th February, 2015 passed by Family Court No. 4, Mumbai below Ex. 1 and 6 in Petition No. F-205 of 2014 imposing costs of Rs.50,000/-. 3.

Both the counsel submit that subsequently divorce by mutual consent under section 28 of the Special Marriages Act, 1954 was passed by the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra in Petition No. F-1261 of 2016. Both the counsel submit that in
